Become a CSLI Agent

Thank you for your interest in representing CSLI. We would be pleased to work together with you and will do our utmost to ensure that your clients return home with a gratifying study experience. The first step to becoming an agent is sending us an agent application form. Please contact us today to receive an agent application form and information about further procedures.


Agent Certificate of Recognition

After you sign the agent agreement, you will soon receive a Certificate of Recognition in the mail, which you may wish to display or just keep on hand as proof of the relationship between your company and our school. If you do not receive this certificate within 2 weeks or so, please let us know.


Student Application

The procedure for registering clients is straightforward. Simply complete and submit on your client’s behalf the CSLI School & Homestay Application Form found at the back of our brochure or on our website. Upon receipt of this, we will return within 2 business days a Confirmation of Enrollment and invoices. This can only be done, however, if all information asked for on the form is provided completely and accurately. Please be sure to look over the form if your client fills it out him- or herself to be sure that nothing has been missed. Original documents are then mailed to you the same day. If you do not require these original documents, then please let us know so that we can avoid sending papers that are not needed. (Note: you will need them when applying for Student Visa for your client.) If a homestay is required, we will send you a host family profile no later than 4 weeks prior to the student’s arrival (provided the application hasn’t been sent to us later than this). A suitable host family will be chosen based on the requests made on the homestay application, and is also subject to the availability of families who fulfill these requests. In order for your student to be met at the airport, we require his or her detailed arrival schedule (date, flight number, time & departure city) no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival.



Payment is required in full for your client’s program no later than 30 days prior to the first day of their program. Students for whom payment is not received by the first day of study will not be permitted to begin, except under special circumstances, such as last-minute applications.

Please note that registration and homestay placement fees ($360 total) are required at the time of application and they are not refundable. Payment of fees for all applicants to follow can be paid in one payment only, by the deadline date as mentioned above.

Payments can be made by any of the following methods: cash, bank draft/cheque, bank transfer, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). Conditions are outlined on the invoice. Cancellation Policy

All applicants who cancel their study program with CSLI prior to or during the course of study are subject to CSLI’s tuition refund policy, which is based on the guidelines of Languages Canada. The registration fee of $150 is a one-time, non-refundable fee; therefore, please be sure to collect this, along with the $250 homestay placement fee if applicable, when your client registers with you.
